Our facility was fully remodeled in 2016, with improvements from top to bottom. Features include:
* full ADA access; * complete-security system (including alarm, video); * fully fenced with access controlled gate; * lots of off (and on) street parking - two private parking lots - our largest off of Park Avenue; * 24/7 access door for members; * state-of-the-art printing equipment; * 11 private offices (5 interior & 6 off of our beautiful atrium); * 3 conference rooms & a large training room equiped with video conferencing techonology, large screen smart TV screens for presentations, and comfortable chairs; * and we provide full-time, professional receptionists (M-F, 9am-5pm). Our entire facility is served by high-speed Internet/WiFi.

Interior Office Suites, Dedicated Desks, & Coworking Space
Our single Office Suites are furnished with a desk, chair, bookcase and locking file cabinet. They each include phone and answering service, 24/7 access, 5 hours conference room use per month, 1,000 prints/copies per month, and many other amenities. Office C seats one comfortably (it can be adjusted to fit 2 if need be), and rents for $650 per month.
Our Dedicated Desks are similar to traditional cubicle spaces, but without the walls. Each dedicated desk is a private space reserved for one company's use. Each includes a locking file cabinet with monthly rents starting at $400. Dedicated desks include a list of amenities - and you can add from a long list of extras for a nominal fee.
Coworking space provides just the right space to launch or operate your business. Just bring your laptop and pick a table to work from. Our WiFi is great, the comaraderie is better, and our coffee is included in the price! Coworking access starts at $175 per month.
Interior Suite C
It rents for $650 a month, includes business telephone service, live answering service (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), 1,000 prints/copies per month, weekly janitorial, and many other amenities including 24/7 access.

This Dedicated Desk space was recently rented - but we re adding more and they will soon be ready for your occupancy. These desk spaces includes a wide array of amenities, including 400 prints/copies per month, 24/7 access, discounted services and many other amenities. Our dedicated desks rent for $400 per month.
Coworking Space AVAILABLE
Open access seating provides you the opportunity to work where ever you like - and you can increase your access to 24/7 for a modest fee. Coworking access starts at $175 per month on an annual contract.
Atrium Offices
These offices are off our beautifully landscaped Atrium. Each private office is individually alarmed, has it's own private entrance, and has 24/7 access. The Atrium is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, meeting with colleagues, and occasional music events held for member/tenants.
Atrium Office K
This office is set up for 2 people (can be outfitted for 3) and is centrally located off our beautiful Atrium. A large window and windowed door provide a lot of natural light. This office is furnished with 2 desks, chairs, file cabinet, and comes with business phone service, answering service and a full range of amenities included. Monthly rent is $950 inclusive.

The Atrium - one of our lounge areas
The atrium is furnished in a way that can be altered to fit the occasion - most often, it is set up with two lounge areas and two tables/chairs combo areas with umbrellas.

You know what they say about real estate - location, location, location.... This office is in a prime location off our Atrium. Very large windows looking out over our beautifully landscaped gardens and walkways. This office is furnished with 2 desks, chairs, file cabinet and guest chairs. If needed, this office can be furnished to accomodate 3 people, it also has a very nice storage closet. It rents for $1,250 per month.
