If you have closed your business during the mandated Statewide Stay at Home Order, and want more than a general voicemail system accepting your business phone calls, The Atrium Santa Maria is here to help you.
Effective immediately, we are offering our live answering service, calls answered Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm, to the local business community at a greatly discounted rate. We are waiving the security deposit as well as the annual contract.
We can provide this service to you for as little as 2 weeks, or indefinitely. It's very easy to set up - all you need to do is forward your phone line to a number dedicated to your business - and let us know how you would like us to handle your calls.
After-hours calls are forwarded to a private voicemail set up for you, and you receive an email with the voicemail embedded.
We can also receive your mail (simply temporarily forward it to us) as well as packages. We will let you know when you have received mail/packages, we also have the ability to scan/email mail received to you (at your direction).
